Terms Of Service
Welcome to N&T Enterprise LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a stay or using our
services through this website, you (“guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and
be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your
reservation.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a required deposit is received. We
accept payment methods as displayed on our booking site. A refundable security deposit
may be required for certain stays, and details will be provided at booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guest cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy provided at booking. No-shows
are non-refundable. Host cancellations, which are rare and only due to emergencies, will
result in a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early
check-in, as early as 9:00 AM, and late checkout, as late as 4:00 PM, may be available
for an additional fee. Requests must be approved in advance.
House Rules
Guests must respect maximum occupancy limits as listed per property and follow all
community and property rules provided in the arrival guide. No unauthorized parties or
events are allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Pets are not permitted
under any circumstances, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fee.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the care of the property during their stay. Any damages,
missing items, or violations of house rules may result in additional charges. Guests
should report maintenance issues promptly so they may be resolved.
Host Responsibilities
We will provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained property for your stay. We will also
communicate promptly regarding any issues or changes to your booking.
Additional Services
We may offer add-on services such as private chefs, massage therapy, décor, bartenders,
or photography packages through partnerships. These services are optional and subject to
partner availability. Payment terms and cancellation policies for these services may differ
and will be disclosed at booking.
Liability Disclaimer
N&T Enterprise LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal
belongings during your stay. Guests assume responsibility for their safety and that of
their guests while on the property. We are not liable for dissatisfaction with third-party
services booked through our partners.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect and use personal information, such as your name, email, and payment details,
only for reservation and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your
information with third parties, except as required to complete your booking.
Governing Law &
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will first
attempt to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be
handled through mediation or small claims court.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services after
changes means you accept the updated Terms.
